“I have found the sessions so far very very interesting. I usually follow more nautical or technical presentations, of course, but I also found the previous session with Stefano Pastrovich particularly interesting. His insights and passion are a shining example. Obviously a perfectionist, and no settling for compromises… and I hope also that aspect will inspire the newcomers in this extremely demanding branch of yachting. "On 23rd of April, after 9 intensive weeks filled with valuable knowledge, irreplaceable networking and friendships made, I have had the immense opportunity to successfully graduate from the Yachting Masterclass Program provided by La Belle Classe Academy from the Yacht Club de Monaco.

(after 9 very intensive weeks with 2 courses per week) I am still amazed at how many facets this industry With a really amazing array of speakers, each going into depth on a specific topic, a much deeper

general understanding of everything involved in this beautiful industry was developed, and I got to understand also the many ways in which interactions take place.
I can strongly recommend this course to anyone

involved in this industry: From brokers to agents to Crew to builders to ...you name it. There is a lot to learn from all the others

involved in this incredible business!

“I am so sorry not to have been able to attend any of the classes in person but wanted to thank you for a most enjoyable and highly informative course . I think you have created something really interesting and you presented it with great style.Your book is also an extraordinary achievement of which I am sure you must feel very proud. I only wish I had known of its existence before I purchased my boat in January 2021.

As it happens I had to learn very quickly much of what we have covered during the course as I took a previously private yacht (LY2) under a Maltese Flag and converted it to a Cayman registered commercial vessel under the YET regulations with an entirely new Captain and crew owned by a remote offshore company in the BVI. Maintenance had sadly been scrimped and reduced in the year before sale and so I had to assess a significant amount of catch-up work as well as the normal ‘new owner ‘ embellishments.

My reason for taking the course was to check what I had learned incorrectly or perhaps misunderstood and so I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to validate what I had learned on the hoof! As it happens I don’t think I have done anything too silly or ill advised. Please accept my repeated thanks for a most agreeable few weeks. I thoroughly enjoyed it all - even as you reminded every speaker how old I was.”
