About the Author
Marcela is a yachting business consultant in Monaco. Author of various yachting publications, in fact, she wrote the first ever textbook on the superyacht industry
She wanted a book to read to her daughter to ignite in her the love of the sea, basic sailing skills, life values and the importance of sustainability and the responsibility we have toward our oceans.Marcela insisted the protagonist be a strong female character to show her daughter that girl can also go sailing solo around the world!
About the Illustrator
Neha Patil is an independent illustrator, graphic designer and 3d artist based in India, Mumbai.
Neha’s work combines both traditional and digital elements with a focus on vivid colors to bring vision to life in both her personal and client work, She has been honing her skills in illustration for Picture books also she loves cats!
